Why ATV tire width matters as much as rim diameter

ATV tires can be much wider relative to their rim diameter than a typical motorcycle tire. That means a machine can appear suitable when you look only at rim diameter and still run into a tire-width, bead-breaker or working-clearance limit. Check how the manufacturer labels the width specification—tire width, wheel width and bead-breaker range describe different things.

Shop air can be a deciding factor for a home garage or powersports shop

The W-M807X publishes a 5 CFM air requirement at 150–175 PSI, with the machine regulator set to 140 PSI. By comparison, Atlas TC221, TC229, TC289 and TC755 publish 90–110 PSI operating pressure for the base machine, but the current manufacturer information does not provide a comparable published CFM value. That difference matters: reaching a pressure number is not the same as delivering enough airflow during bead breaking and clamping.
